Younger participants (ages 6-14) will tackle 8 obstacles and run 1 mile, while older competitors (15+) face 16 obstacles over 2 miles, with challenges like tire flips, balance beams, army crawls, bucket carries, and hoists that'll build your strength, confidence, and endurance. Everyone who finishes earns a medal and t-shirt, and you'll start in 5-minute waves throughout the day.
