The Kids Triathlon takes place Saturday, August 8th for ages 12 and under, while the Adult Triathlon on Sunday, August 9th welcomes ages 13 and up with Sprint or Olympic individual courses, plus relay options for teams of 2-3 people. You'll start with a swim in sandy Green Lake, followed by a bike ride through gently rolling hills and finishing with a smooth run—all on a well-marked course with Sprint distances of ¼ mile swim/14 mile bike/3 mile run or Olympic distances of ¾ mile swim/22 mile bike/6 mile run.
