Lend your support as an adult woman (18+) Running Buddy at this Denver 5K, where you'll be matched with one or two girls from Girls on the Run to cheer them on, offer encouragement, and be a positive role model—with their experience and enjoyment taking priority over your personal race performance. Running Buddies go through background checks to keep participants safe, and you'll be assigned to whichever school needs the most help rather than choosing a specific one. If you'd rather help out in another way, there are plenty of other volunteer opportunities available!
