This 2026 Paragould, Arkansas running event offers three distance options—half marathon, 10K, and 5K—that take you along the beautiful 8 Mile Creek Trail, with the half marathon starting downtown near the Greene County Courthouse and the shorter distances launching from Bland Park at 8am (a shuttle will get you back to your car).
