Join Gadsden State's cross country team for a full-day running clinic on July 24th (8:30 AM-3:00 PM) that welcomes runners in grades 7-12 to learn fundamental and advanced training techniques from experienced coaches and guest speaker Jeremy Provence from Jacksonville State. The camp features rotating skill stations throughout the morning, lunch provided, and free attendance for coaches; just register by June 23rd to get a camp t-shirt and bring a current physical on July 23rd or the day of check-in at Beck Gymnasium.
