Get ready for HYROX Youngstars coming to the US this fall for kids and teens ages 8-15! On July 11th in Roanoke, young runners can preview the course at a special Race Sim event before the official November launch, combining running with functional fitness stations like the SkiErg, sled push/pull, and jumping exercises that are tailored to different age groups. The course follows the same exercise sequence as the adult HYROX race, just adapted to match kids' development and abilities.
