Join this Champaign celebration featuring both a youth run on Kirby Avenue and a 5K out-and-back route that starts and finishes on Kirby Avenue between State Farm Center and Gies Memorial Stadium, taking you east on Kirby/Florida Avenues, then north on Lincoln Avenue to approximately West California Avenue before heading back. You'll find two water stations along the way, and all race proceeds support the Champaign County Freedom Celebration. Register online only (registration closes at 8:45 AM on race day, July 4th), grab your packet either Friday at Body 'n Sole Sports in Savoy or Saturday morning at the start area, and compete for awards as the overall male or female winner!
