Grab your race packet at RunningLane (2407 Memorial Pkwy SW, Huntsville, AL 35801) Wednesday through Friday between 11am-5pm for the Freedom 5K and Independence Mile events. The first 600 runners to register across both races will earn finisher medals (bundle registrants get one medal), plus the first 450 5K registrants are guaranteed a Freedom 5K singlet, with 300 additional RunningLane singlets available for 5K participants. Celebrate American independence with these races, including the Independence Mile making its comeback after a 9-year break, with the 2026 course taking place on the UAH campus.
