Join the Frederick County Parks and Recreation Youth Running Club in Winchester, VA if you're between 7 and 14 and want to improve your running! This program meets Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00–7:00pm between April 7 and June 11 at Redbud Elementary's parking lot or Rotary Shelter at Sherando Park, where you'll work on endurance, form, technique, stretching, pacing, and teamwork. Your registration includes entry to four local races plus a discount on the Sherando Youth Triathlon—just bring your shoes, water, and a snack!
