Head to East Rowan High School Stadium in Salisbury on Saturday, May 16 at 8:30 a.m. for this 5K run/walk that benefits Novant Health Rowan Medical Center Foundation and the Ed Dupree Memorial Scholarship. You'll compete in various categories including age groups from 10 and under to 70 and over, while kids can also enjoy a separate Fun Run at 9:30 a.m., and everyone gets a t-shirt plus medals or trophies for Fun Run top finishers. Register on-site starting at 7:30 a.m. for $30 (5K) or $10 (Fun Run).
