Join us for the Eagle 5K and 10K in Pompano Beach, FL, where the action kicks off at 8:00 AM with packet pickup available 30 minutes prior (closing 10 minutes before start time). You'll be running on a gravel/crushed stone surface on an out-and-back loop course—5K runners complete it twice while 10K participants tackle it four times—with a 2-hour time limit, refreshments including water and snacks at the start, and parking and restrooms conveniently located nearby. Be sure to register online through RunSignup beforehand, as on-site registration isn't available, and keep in mind that club t-shirts are mailed later rather than provided at the race.
