On Saturday, August 22, 2026, join DMTL Nonprofit Organization for the Annual A Healthy KSU 3K & Health Fair in Frankfort, where runners and community members can celebrate healthy living while supporting an important cause. Founded by KSU alumnus Tyrie Nason Buchanan in response to preventable health issues affecting young alumni, this event brings together Kentucky State University, local hospitals, and community partners to promote health equity and inclusivity for underserved populations. DMTL, a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to health equity and mentorship, honors Buchanan's mother and brothers while working to bridge healthcare gaps in the Frankfort community.
