Join us for this beloved 50th annual Independence Day celebration on July 4th, 2026, starting at Grand Island Town Hall in Grand Island, NY, where kids ages 4-10 can tackle a 314-meter course beginning at 9:00 AM, followed by a 2.3-mile run kicking off at 9:10 AM. Remember to leave your rollerblades, bikes, pets, and strollers at home, and keep in mind that everyone must be off the course by 9:55 AM so the parade can begin on schedule. An entry form is required to participate, and the kids' race starts at the official line in front of Tops Market.
