Join us at the beautiful 720-acre Delta Lake State Park in Rome, NY for a triathlon experience organized by Wilson Endurance Sports in partnership with New York State Parks! Choose your challenge from Sprint, Olympic, or AquaBike formats—or go for the Delta Double by competing in both the Sprint and Olympic back-to-back—all featuring a 750m swim, a moderately hilly 11-mile bike course outside the park, and a 5K run finishing lakeside (Olympic athletes complete two loops of each segment). We welcome paratriathletes, relay teams of 2-3 for Sprint and Olympic events, and have no cut-off times, so you can race at your own pace.
