Get ready for an exciting summer experience! The Cowlitz Valley Runners are hosting a free day camp June 24-26 from 9:30 AM to Noon for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders in Longview, WA, with activities based at RA Long High School and Lake Sacajawea Park. You'll dive into running fundamentals like conditioning, proper technique, games, racing, team building, nutrition, and gear guidance—plus you'll receive a t-shirt, water bottle, snacks, and a $5 discount toward the July 4th Go Fourth Mile race (just sign up soon, as spots are limited to the first 50 campers!).
