Get ready for a beginner-friendly sprint triathlon hosted by ALFA Endurance at the beautiful Conneaut Lake in Pennsylvania on Saturday, June 6th—where you'll swim, bike, and run all from the same start/finish point at Fireman's Beach. Check in starts at 5:45 a.m. with the race launching at 7:30 a.m., followed by an awards ceremony at 9:30 a.m. (packet pickup happens the day before on June 5th). Everyone walks away with a custom t-shirt, swim cap, and post-race food, while top competitors in individual and relay divisions earn prizes, and you can even race as part of a gym team relay.
