We've got options for everyone—whether you're an adult tackling the full 300-yard swim plus 3-mile run, a youth ready for a shorter challenge, or a little one just starting out—plus a brand new 5K run option and relay teams if you want to share the fun with a buddy. Every participant heads home with a cool shirt and finishers medal, and the top three finishers in each category by gender will get some extra love!
