Join us for an officially sanctioned triathlon at the beautiful Rockaway Beach in Far Rockaway, Queens on Saturday, August 1st at 7:00 AM, featuring a 0.3-mile ocean swim, an 11.6-mile bike route (two boardwalk laps), and a 3-mile boardwalk run with gorgeous Atlantic Ocean views. The race will proceed rain or shine with a 9:30 AM cutoff time and awards ceremony following the top-3 women finishers, so plan to arrive early to scout the course and complete check-in (which closes 20 minutes before the start). You'll need a valid USAT racing license to register, and transition will be located at the Beach 84th Street bus stop.
