This Friday, June 5th, you'll have the chance to compete in Chicago by alternating between downing a beer in the transition zone and running a quarter mile around the track four times total—at whatever pace works for you, whether that's walking or jogging. If beer isn't your jam, there are alternative options including a Chocolate Milk Mile and a Non-Alcoholic Beer Mile to keep things fun for everyone.
