Celebrate National Cancer Survivors Day at Cauley Creek Park in Johns Creek by joining a fun community gathering where you can choose between running a scenic 5K or walking a leisurely 1-mile route with loved ones and colleagues. The event starts at 8am (with walk-up registration available from 7am), and families with strollers are welcome to join in. Every dollar raised goes directly to Cancer Support Community Atlanta, a nonprofit working with Northside Hospital Cancer Institute to provide support groups, stress-reduction classes, nutrition programs, and educational resources for people dealing with cancer.
