Head to Elmwood Village on Friday, July 17th at 7pm for the 44th Annual Buffalo Subaru 4 Mile Chase, the summer's go-to social running event that benefits the ECMC Foundation. You'll enjoy a pre-race party with music starting at 5pm, complimentary t-shirts for the first 750 runners, free kids races, and a couples division, plus a post-race celebration with music, food, and drinks. This event also serves as the 2026 USATF Niagara Association Open and Masters 4 Mile Championships, so if you're a current USATF Niagara member, you can compete for awards and contribute to the Runner of the Year Series and Team Grand Prix Series.
