This USAT-sanctioned event requires all participants to have insurance coverage—you can purchase an annual USAT policy ($45) or a one-day option through registration at www.USATriathletics.org, and note that day-of registration isn't available. Runners can choose between the Buzz Ryan Short Course (500m swim, 8-mile bike, 2.5-mile run, with a 200m exhibition swim option) or the Brewhouse Long Course (1500m swim, 24.8-mile bike, 5-mile run), competing individually or as part of a relay team of 2-3 people with separate captain and member registrations.
