Lace up your sneakers and head to Lemmon on July 11th at 8 am to run or walk a 5K while supporting the Lemmon EMT Association—all race proceeds go directly to help our local emergency responders! You can register online before June 18th to snag an official race tee, or simply sign up on race day at Hands on Health (located at 601 Main Ave).
