Dive into this youth-friendly swim-and-run challenge at the Peter Blum Family YMCA in Boca Raton on Sunday, June 14, starting bright and early at 7:30am (plan to arrive by 6:45am). Depending on your child's age group, they'll complete age-appropriate distances—the 5-7 crowd swims 50 yards then runs 0.5 miles, ages 8-11 swim 100 yards and run 1 mile, and kids 12 and up swim 150 yards and run 1 mile—with an app tracking everyone's total finish time.
