Join the OKC community on August 29 at Scissortail Park for the second annual Black Men's Wellness Day 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk—an inclusive event open to everyone regardless of race, gender, age, or background. You'll receive a custom race bib, finisher medal, event shirt, and access to wellness activities including free health screenings and entertainment, while supporting an important community health movement that's been making a difference nationwide since 2004. This Norman-hosted event by the African American Male Wellness Agency combines running with wellness resources in a fun, welcoming atmosphere for all participants.
