Join fellow adults for a two-day sailing course on July 11/12 in San Diego at Fiddler's Cove Marina, running from 9 am to 4 pm with instruction, boat rental, and textbooks included. Open to eligible MWR patrons and sponsored guests ages 16+, the class keeps student-to-boat ratios low (one to four people) to optimize your learning experience, with group size depending on boat type and weather conditions. Upon finishing the course, you'll earn a Navy Sailing Qualification Card, and you'll need a valid California Boater Card or safety course completion certificate before your first day.
