Head to Siena University on Thursday, August 6th at 6:30 PM for this popular 5K that's now part of the USATF Adirondack Grand Prix series—expect around 500 participants just like last year! Runners and walkers start separately this time, with runners tackling a two-loop course while walkers enjoy a new scenic one-loop route through campus, both beginning and ending near the Student Union. The event kicks off with the Kids Quad Dash at 6:15 PM and features team competitions, live music, food, and a complimentary Common Roots beer for registered participants 21+, all while supporting the Wicklund Warriors' mission to help local families affected by blood cancer.
