Get ready to join the 9th annual Bacon Around the Bend 5K on Saturday, June 20, 2026, in downtown South Bend—a fun, family-friendly untimed event that features a bacon station midway through and bacon-themed festivities at the finish line celebration at Corby's Irish Pub (with a special Bacon Bloody Mary available for adults 21+). Packet pickup is Friday, June 19 from 8 AM–4:30 PM at the Family Justice Center (533 N. Niles Ave.), where you'll simply pull up to Door 1 and stay in your car. Registration costs range from free for children under 3 to $40 for adults, and every participant receives a race shirt and finish line access—bring your whole family, strollers, and costumes to support the Family Justice Center!
