Join Coach Josh Morton, an ASCM Certified Personal Trainer, for an awesome summer camp at Trinity Parish in historic downtown Saint Augustine designed for middle and high school runners. Throughout the week, you'll tackle daily warm-ups and runs through the charming Lincolnville neighborhood while learning about run safety, nutrition, conditioning, different running styles, yoga, flexibility, and injury prevention—plus get special race prep for the Bridge of Lions 5K on July 11, 2026. All campers receive a camp t-shirt and goodies, plus a $10 discount toward the 5K registration, and parents are welcome to join the workouts!
