You'll run through the stunning Copper River delta in Cordova, surrounded by mountains, glaciers, and pristine waterways, mostly on flat terrain that follows the historic Copper River and Northwestern Railroad route. Shuttle buses will transport you from race headquarters to your starting line for all distances except the one-mile run. After you finish, stick around for a delicious salmon BBQ lunch with sides, dessert, and door prizes, where race winners will be announced and medals awarded to the top three finishers in each category—and you can enjoy the meal free if you bring a dish to share!
