Join runners and walkers of all abilities for a fun, untimed 5k celebration at Belwin Conservancy in Afton, MN on May 16, 2026! The 3-mile route winds through two beautiful restored prairies—Bison Prairie and Tallgrass Trails—starting from Division Street, with the bison herd released around 12:30 PM. Check-in opens at 9:00 AM at Lucy Winton Bell Athletic Fields (15601 Hudson Road N, Lakeland) with the run beginning at 10:00 AM, and you'll also get to enjoy the all-day Belwin Bison Festival complete with live music, food trucks, interactive activities, and prairie experiences running from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
