Get ready for the 19th edition of this family-friendly 5K Run & Walk benefiting OPC Meals on Wheels in Rochester, MI! The course loops along the beautiful Clinton River Trail, departing and returning to the Older Persons' Commission, and everyone who registers by May 9, 2026 gets a t-shirt, race bib, pancake breakfast ticket, and post-race snacks—plus you'll have the option to set up a personal fundraising page to support nutritious meals and wellness visits for seniors in need. Packet pickup happens Thursday, June 4 at 7:30 PM or Friday, June 5 at 3:00 PM, with race-day check-in from 7:00-7:50 AM and the race kicking off at 8:00 AM.
