Lace up on June 20th, 2026 at Epic Central in Grand Prairie, Texas for the 4th Annual 5K For Life, where runners of all abilities can participate in a fun run, walk, or leisurely stroll while supporting the Grand Prairie Pregnancy Resource Center—a nonprofit that's been helping families for over 30 years and has assisted more than 45,000 families with free resources during unexpected pregnancies. The event starts at 8:00 AM (with packet pickup beginning at 7:00 AM), and features local vendors, awards across multiple age divisions, plus a party bag for the first 200 registered participants. Whether you're an experienced racer or just getting started, families and all fitness levels are welcome, and you can also get involved by volunteering at aid stations or as a course monitor!
