Get ready for the 4th Annual Swift Bear Trail Run happening Saturday, August 8, 2026 in Mission Canyon during the Hays Powwow—and this year there's a brand new 50K option alongside the classic 10 Mile and 20 Mile distances! The 20 Mile loop takes you through the mountains on track roads, gravel, and about 3 miles of pavement, with a special note that runners expecting over 6 hours should start at 5:30 am with the 50K group. The 50K has an 8.5-hour cutoff at the final aid station (10 miles from the finish), and top male and female finishers in the 10 and 20 Mile races will earn prizes, while 50K prizes are coming soon.
