Head to Tipton, IA for this year's New Body Fitness 5k & Kid's Sprint, where youngsters can participate free (with registration) and everyone takes home something special—medals for the top three finishers and participation ribbons for all runners, plus overall trophies and age-group medals across six categories. The evening kicks off with the kids' sprint at 6:45pm followed by the 5k run/walk at 7:00pm on a hard-surface double-loop route, with packet pickup and same-day registration from 5-6:30pm at Niles Chiropractic (200 E 5th Street) and awards distributed right at the finish line.
