Starting at 8:30 a.m. (with roads closing at 8 a.m. and warm-up at 8:15 a.m.), you can choose between a professionally-timed 5K on the CCBC Essex campus or a fun one-mile walk, with proceeds supporting senior exercise programs and fitness centers.
