Join us for the 8th annual UBA5 Awareness Walk in Topeka to support the UBA5 Foundation's mission of funding medical research and helping families affected by this rare genetic disorder. Founded by two eastern Kansas families, the Foundation works to develop treatment options for UBA5, a condition that currently impacts only 30-40 people worldwide and causes severe symptoms including epilepsy, developmental delays, and progressive brain deterioration. Your participation directly supports vital research efforts, as current understanding of this genetic mutation remains limited and no standard treatment exists yet.
