Get ready for the 13th edition of this beloved community celebration on Saturday, July 4th at 8 a.m. at Kenyon and Maple Roads in Hale, MI! Dress up in patriotic red, white, and blue as you choose between the kids' half-mile Sparkler Sprint (ages 10 and under, 8:30 a.m. start) or the main 5K fun run (9 a.m. start), which loops through town via Kenyon Drive, Sage Lake Road, and the scenic Sunset/Hawthorne neighborhood before heading back to the starting point. Both events include water stations along the way, and young participants receive a shirt, bib, and medal.
