Packet pickup runs from 5:45-6:50 AM at the park, with the race starting at 7:04 AM (or grab your packet Friday, July 3rd from 11 AM-7 PM at Go Run Miami Store). Be prepared for Miami's summer heat and humidity by staying hydrated for 48 hours before and during the race, wearing light and loose clothing, and watching for heat exhaustion symptoms like dizziness, nausea, and cramping.
