Trident Swimming offers three competitive levels for swimmers ages 1st-12th grade in Alexandria, VA during the 2026-2027 school year. Gold is for experienced middle and high school swimmers, Silver serves experienced younger swimmers and middle schoolers, and Bronze welcomes all 1st-6th graders. Classes meet Monday and Wednesday mornings or afternoons at George Washington or Mount Vernon Recreation Centers with Coach Scott, running from September 8 through May 6 with multiple scheduled breaks throughout the year.
