Let’s be honest, we all have that favorite running socks brand that just seems to suit our feet perfectly with the shoes that we wear. Most running-specific socks will provide some compression, cushion, and moisture-wicking properties.

As runners, we all know the feeling of getting a blister on our feet, or even worse, somewhere between our toes.

On an even more dangerous note, if you try to “train through” a painful blister then you may subconsciously alter your gait cycle, which can lead to even more serious injuries down the line.
