This September 19–20, 2026 event at Portland Community College's Cascade Campus brings together the community with 5K, 10K, and 15K options that support local small businesses and youth entrepreneurship in the Soul District. Sign up online by September 18 at noon, then head to packet pickup on Saturday evening or Sunday morning, with onsite registration available both days at the festive Soul-Ful Vendor Village.
