This 5K run/walk in Baldwinsville honors two young girls, Maryella (11) and Elizabeth (9), who tragically lost their lives in a car accident on the NYS Thruway in 2020, bringing together the community that loved them to celebrate their lives. All proceeds benefit Annal's Angels and several local nonprofits including The Baldwinsville Christmas Bureau, Friends Forever Animal Rescue, and the Baldwinsville Rotary Back Pack program, with a focus on literacy support in Central New York. The event takes place at Palmer Elementary (7864 Hicks Road, Baldwinsville), with packet pickup on Wednesday 9/2 from 4-7pm at Baldwinsville Public Library or race morning from 7:30am; register by August 24th to guarantee a race shirt.
