Come celebrate 25 years of honoring Kevin D. Rice, Sr.'s lasting impact on our community by joining cyclists, families, and neighbors for a meaningful bike ride and picnic in Rockford, IL. Riders will tackle a 15.7-mile loop (representing Kevin's badge number) that takes you past meaningful landmarks like Rock Valley College, the 9/11 Emergency Responders Memorial, and the Kevin D. Rice Memorial Playground, with all proceeds supporting a criminal justice scholarship in his name through the Rock Valley College Foundation. The ride starts and finishes at the Winnebago County 9/11 Emergency Responders Memorial parking lot at W. State Street and Kilburn Avenue, followed by a Celebration of Life picnic at noon.
