Head to Colfax, Indiana for this summer running event celebrating Ole Hickory Days, featuring both 5K and 10K races on Saturday, August 1st, 2026, with a Kids Run following at 9:00am (adult races start at 8:30am). Register by July 12th to guarantee your race shirt, and know that this year's event honors the memory of Joe Buedel, a dedicated Colfax community member and volunteer firefighter who passed away from ALS in July 2025. The Perry Township Volunteer Fire Department is using this race to raise awareness about ALS and show support for Joe's family, particularly his surviving wife.
