Head to the Farm Institute in Katama on Sunday, August 2nd, 2026 for the 10th Annual Amity Island 5K & Fun Run, celebrating friendship through running! The flat 5K course winds along Edgartown Bay Road down to South Beach, with a shorter 1/2K Fun Run for kids 8 and under starting at 8:45 AM and the main 5K at 9:00 AM. All race proceeds support local charities and island youth, so register early to guarantee your race shirt (only available for the first 400 runners), and feel free to bring your family, carpool, bike, or use the VTA—just leave your dogs at home since it's a farm!
