Join us on August 2nd in Quinter, Kansas for this year's 19th annual running event, sponsored by Castle Rock Health and Fitness with all proceeds benefiting local fitness centers in the area. Starting at 8 am from Quinter City Park, you'll have your choice of three distances: a speedy 5k route through town with great community support, a 1-mile option perfect for those seeking a shorter distance or a nice cool-down after the longer race, and a fun 200-meter kids race that showcases our youngest runners.
