Lace up for Naval Weapons Station Yorktown MWR's 108th Birthday celebration with an 8K pier run on Friday, August 7th at Kirkpatrick Field in Yorktown, VA, with morning registration starting at 7 a.m. before the 8 a.m. start time. The top three finishers in each gender across six age groups (17 and under, 18-29, 30-49, 38-44, 45-49, and 50+) will take home awards, and the event wraps up by noon. Active duty service members, Reservists, DoD civilians, and their families are welcome to join, though you'll need valid base access to compete.
