Get young athletes excited about triathlon while building confidence and learning lifelong values like courage and determination at this youth-focused event held Sunday, July 26 at Rock River Rapids Water Park in Derby, KS. Two age divisions compete with tailored distances: ages 7-10 tackle a 50-meter swim, 3-mile bike, and half-mile run, while ages 11-14 take on 100 meters swimming, 6 miles biking, and 1 mile running. Everyone who finishes earns a medal, with additional awards for first-place boys and girls in each age group, and packet pickup happens Saturday, July 25 from 5-7pm at the Open Shelter.
