Thanks to support from D2 Accounting, Encompass Recreation is thrilled to offer a free Art Club program for gifted youth ages 2 through high school at Evans Mills Public Library (8706 Noble Street). Sessions run throughout 2026 on various dates from January through December, with most classes meeting from 10 a.m. to noon.
